The Order Process
You send us the name/details of the wallpaper you would like to order, along with the dimensions you would like it printed at and any extra requirements.
Upon sending your order to us, you will receive a proof image and a quote containing the total cost of goods and services via email or WhatsApp. We seek to send a response to all orders within 2-4 days of submission, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit Card, wallets, net banking, UPI
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel a product or services (customisations of print or design) within 2 hours of payment, provided that the services agreed within the contract have not already started.We do not offer refunds on customised products (custom sized murals, custom designs).Any products or services with apparent defects caused by Life n Colors will be replaced.
Production and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver orders and services in good time. Our quoted delivery times are approximate. Delivery can take place up to 30 days from the start of the contract (once payment is received). We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third party courier or postal services. We will always ensure that the order is securely sealed in rigid packaging. Any damage that the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.
We use third party courier services, we are not responsible for delays on the way. No refund will be processed till 28 days of shipment if package is not received.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Quality of Goods
The product should be inspected prior to installation. Any defects should be reported to occasiondecor prior to installation; claims cannot be made after the product has been used or installed.
Please note we do not provide installation we only supply wallpapers. However if you require assistance, our customer support team will be happy to connect you to local installers (in select cities) who paste such wallpapers on paid basis. Hanging costs will not be refunded, therefore please be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging or mounting. We are not responsible for impacts due to seepage on wall, use of chemicals on wallpaper, any external damage.
Although we can provide contact information for such installers in major cities in India, please note that they are not affiliated with our team, and we are not responsible for any issues related to wall preparation or installation.
Minor variations in colour may occur between prints, we can only offer replacements when it is agreed that the variations are evidently noticeable.
Variations of colours may occur between on-screen proof and physical product. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between monitor settings. Where colour matching is important, we recommend and offer a printed sample prior to purchase to ensure colours are acceptable. Claims for colour variations cannot be made unless printed sample has been requested and approved.
Return Policy:
Our expert production team conduct rigorous quality checks on each and every strip of paper and we will not let anything leave our HQ if we are not 100% confident that it’s perfect for you.
If there is a problem with your wallpaper, simply contact our friendly team, and we will sort it out for you right away. To help us solve the problem quicker, we will ask you to send through some photos of your wallpaper to work out whether we need to send a courier to collect your wallpaper. Once we have established the problem, we will send a replacement wallpaper to you on next day delivery. Please note that we will need to know about the problem within 2 days after delivery to offer a replacement mural.
Our wallpapers are ‘made to measure’ and unique for each wall, therefore no two are the same. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of wallpapers due to a change of plan, or after they are installed, as we cannot reuse it.
Please do take care when installing the wallpapers or hiring someone to help with the install, as we are unable to compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors. The product must be checked for any potential errors before the hiring of any third party, as we cannot accept any cancellation fees in the event that the product is not fit to be installed. Please note we can help you connect you to local installers but they aren’t part of our scope of work or our team.
